1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item has all original tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@bellaresortwear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was received.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund will credited to clients account within 14 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to condition or eligibility, we will notify you via email.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please:
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange, based on availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
For urgent exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bellaresortwear.com with:
- A photo of the damage or defect
- Your order number and details of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
8. International Returns
For customers outside of India, the return process is the same, but you are responsible for any return shipping fees and customs duties. Please ensure the item is marked as “returned goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
